HEADLINE ENDLESS FRUSTRATION!!!!
THE INCIDENT

I cancelled my contract last year, Oct due to BAD service when trying to upgrade.This was right before my wedding and my number couldn't be ported (some incapable person not doing their job right).I had to ask MTN to reactivate so that guests could get hold of me. And yet again they ********** completely and I had to in a mad rush get a new number because re-activating my phone was a major challenge MTN just could NOT handle.So I told them to just CANCEL everything AT ONCE.After returning from our honeymoon we decided to go into a MTN store and make sure the incompetent MTN staff DID cancel my contract-and guess what,they ACTIVATED it instead.So yet AGAIN I cancelled on 2 Dec 09.I was then billed for the period they re-activated my phone.And the next month came another bill for my FULL contract amount.And yesterday I received ANOTHER bill for the full amount.I queried last week and they said my number was still ACTIVE!So I went to MTN Service Centre, Rivonia to complain. She LOGGED a query and said MTN will credit me and I should follow up on the progress.Today I phoned MTN again and guess what, the query was logged WRONG!They will investigate for 21 DAYS!!I am APPALED by MTN!!!!
